“넷플릭스 본사 바로 맞은편 건물. 건물은 크지 않았지만, 방은 컸음. 거실, 부엌 다 좋았음. 부엌에 필요한 물품이 다 갖추어져 있어 오래 묵기에, 가족과 같이 지내기에 정말 편했음. 주차도 편리했고... 다만 커뮤니케이션 메일과 문자가 너무 많이 오는 것이 귀찮음. 주요한 내용만 깔끔하게 보내주면 좋겠음. ”

The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. “This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.”

“Property was clean, very spacious. We had more room than we actually needed! Host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also laundry detergent was available. These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! Although I probably will not visit LA again, this was an excellent location,……

“My sister, and I very much enjoyed our trip to Los Angeles, staying in this charming apartment in the Hollywood Hills. Apart from the steep steps to get down to the apartment, there was nothing we can find at fault! Very comfortable, and all the kitchen equipment you could need. we were there in February so it was a little chilly, but there were heaters in every room, so that was not a problem. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!”

The location was perfect, the house was spotless and the beds and living room furniture were extremely high quality and comfortable. It awarded us both the logistics we needed, and the ability to comfortably have the family over for hanging out at the end of the day and to bring in breakfast a couple of times. “When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. You have to get into the property to get the garage door opened to go to the parking. I sent an email in response to the check in and out rules to clarify that went unanswered. The location was a good location and apartment was clean and looked like the……

“Wonderful location! The neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed evening walks, the home inside was very clean, yard needed a little sprucing up. We spent 2 days at universal studios which was 15 minutes away. My kids ended both days there early so they could come back to the rental to swim. The game room was fun! We had a Lincoln logs building contest and played a lot of foosball. We would definitely rent this place again”
