Super great location near Universal Studios in L.A.! This house has a lovely yard with fabulous rooftop deck great for watching the sunset. House was impeccably clean, and our request for extra linens was immediately fulfilled, we were so grateful! We made use of the washer and dryer and the full-size refrigerator. Overall this was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay.

Family vacation

We loved our stay here. It was a great place to stay for our vacation and better than staying in a hotel. It was nice having a full kitchen and the backyard with hot tub to enjoy. We were happy with all of the amenities provided with our stay. We would love to stay here again when we come back.

Amazing getaway experience

This villa is an entirely private property that offers so many beautiful amenities. Ending each day with a private backyard and jacuzzi with lights surrounding you is an amazing romantic experience you and your s/o are sure to appreciate. The property looks exactly like the photos. The yard very nice, everything was clean, and it includes all the things you need for comfortable stay. I will say that it is small but was good for my family of 4.

Loved our stay at the villa! It was cozy and quaint yet offering many areas to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a bonus as well as the closed in sunroom. Communication with our host Rosy was great, she was very friendly and helpful. She takes good care of her place and I really felt safe and at home here.
