「Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay.」

「My wife and her parents stayed 3 nights, and this fit the ticket. Very close walking distance to restaurants, laundrette and tube station. Approximately 40minutes to Kings Cross station. Most of our dining and days were out and about so this gave us a pillow to rest our head and a shower and so it fit us just right. It might be a bit tight to cook in a large feast for 4 if it’s raining out, but the patio was lovely.」

「The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....
