We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. “From the moment we walked into the door of the property we knew we were in for a treat. The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. After a swift check in process at the front desk we were off to our 2 bedroom villa that was beautiful! The unit was clean & spacious with a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool area. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective, therefore the room was very warm at night. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely return. “My husband and I visited Palm Beach for our 10 year anniversary and this unit was perfect for our weekend getaway. Very clean, spacious for the two of us, and has the essentials. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we arrived a few hours early. Beach was beautiful! Room has a view of the one pool so if you want a beach view this unit won’t suit you. “Loved this property! It's cozy and comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've experienced at a VRBO. You have access to valet, beach, pool, and great restaurants/shopping. We never retrieved our car from valet, everything was "right around the corner" and we walked everywhere. Great place - highly recommend!”

“The unit was very clean and well organized. The location was within walking distance to nice waterfront restaurants. There is a cute French bakery a 2 minute walk from the front entrance. The beach pass was wonderful. A great private beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella, a short 5 minute drive from the unit.
