「The unit is as advertised and photographed and very close to the beach. Decorations are nice and the kitchen is stocked with a basic level of supplies (utensils, glasses, silverware, etc.) The tv’s are smart so you don’t need a fire stick or anything just your log-in. We were able to get into the room early which was great. Instructions provided were very clear. The assigned parking space was sometimes occupied because the reserved sign was overgrown.」

「The property was spotless! Only complaints: There was shampoo and body wash, I also expected there to be hair conditioner and possibly body lotion, especially in the shore area. Both are important. We had bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels for the bathrooms. Only one hair dryer, need at least two! Need to have both decafe and regular teabags and decafe coffee too. Maybe a Keurig would be good because you could request guests to bring their own K-cup and then water could be heated for...

「The unit was clean and beachy and was located in a wonderful area within walking distance to the ocean or bay. We also would've preferred a full stove instead of two electric burners. It included a smart TV however, there was no basic cable, requiring us to use our own accounts. It can use more electrical outlets, especially in the kitchen, where there's just one outlet. The bath mats need to be replaced as they were rather dirty. Overall, it was a positive experience and an adequate apartment...

「This property was adorable! Nice renovations, clean towels/sheets, natural light and a stocked kitchen including some K-cups. If I have to say a negative it would be the vent grate on the wall between the bedrooms. I could hear everything going on in the adjacent bedroom in the unit. If their light was on it would shine in our room. Not sure if it was there for ventilation but it was definitely noticed. Other then that the location was great, the property owners were super friendly and...

Our particular rental was also spotless, up-to-date and the owners were so friendly. I made sure to flag this location as I would definitely return for another visit.」
