「complimentary breakfast was not terrible. There was no creamer for our coffee. We asked the front desk and went to the check, and they ran out. This was about 6:30am. The apple juice wasn't apple juice it was water. No napkins were nowhere to be found. The beds were very squeaky every time we moved. 」

「If you are older and have bad legs, or back don’t use this hotel they don’t have an elevator if they put you on the second floor. The breakfast want all that either no meats just fruit and cereal oh and the waffle maker. 」

「Right on the highway, but I didnt notice excessive road noise. Staff was nice.」

「The people are very nice and there are always rooms avail. I love getting the one with the hot tub in the room. The pool is broken down and gross and probably a mosquito pit. The rooms were cleaned but not very good there was pee on the seat when we came in and the floors were so dirty my feet were black.」

「The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again」

「There is no other place in Texas I would rather be for a quick getaway than at the Lancaster Manor with Mrs. Connie and Mr. John. The French Room is home away from home, and at this visit, I had the eggs bennie instead of my usual Texas pancakes. YUM! Booking for stay #7 in June for my sister's birthday.」

「Never received arrival instructions for access to property. Tried to contact owner via messaging but got no response. Tried calling and phone had been disconnected. Place is up for sale and in need of repairs. 」

「They double booked us and had to stay in there doublewide. Smelled strongly of cigarettes. I have terrible asthma and my fiancé is pregnant and felt sick in there Everytime. Other than the that, very nice people and would have been 5 stars if we were in what we paid for」
