“Front desk staff needs improvement. At check in, the agent checking me in did not smile at all during the whole process. Being in the position where you are essentially the face of the hotel and the first point of interaction with guests, front desk agents need to provide a warm welcome to guests approaching the front desk. This includes a smile on your face instead of looking miserable. My first morning there, I called the front desk only to ask the hours of operation for the pool and the phone……

“Lots of amenities. Pool, sauna, activities for kids, movies, hottub were great! Nice view of the ocean from room. 5min walk to the boardwalk. Got myself a free Premiere card at the Resorts casino next door and paid $10/nt for parking with in & out privileges instead of $25/nt at Wyndham. Kitchen had everything we needed..coffee for one morning was left for us, but the lobby has complimentary Keurigs and tea. No oil or other supplies so bring your own. Just salt and pepper and papertowels and……

“This is the second visit my husband and I have had at the Port-O-Call. It is my favorite place to go! It is clean, quite, beautiful interior, fabulous views of ocean and Ocean City. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is delicious. You can't beat the location right on the Boardwalk and beach and close to bike rental as well. This place has it all!! ”
