Being in the position where you are essentially the face of the hotel and the first point of interaction with guests, front desk agents need to provide a warm welcome to guests approaching the front desk. This includes a smile on your face instead of looking miserable. My first morning there, I called the front desk only to ask the hours of operation for the pool and the phone……

“Me and my four children stayed on the first floor right next to the pool. Our room had two large beds that were pretty comfortable and each bed came with three pillows and linens. The bathroom was very nicely redone with enough towels for each person and built in shampoo, conditioner , and shower gel. The water got very hot with excellent water pressure. The room did not have any kind of odor and felt very clean. The motel has a restaurant located right in the front of the building with……
