“订的是最便宜的无窗户的房间，才一百多一点，房间干净整洁，配了热水壶，袋装咖啡，前台接待很贴心，服务态度好，不过拖鞋牙膏牙刷电吹风需要自备。酒店位置很好，附近有几个中餐馆，还有一条酒吧街，离LOWYATPLAZA，双子塔KLCC等商场近，总体来说性价比高。”

“Both of our two rooms were arranged at 18/F, the floor right below the restaurant. Big and frequent noise of foot step and moving futniture from the restaurant occured every night, non-stop, until 2am which was extremely disturbing. Besides, no information during our booking that both rooms were "No window type", which also surprised us. The only merit about this hotel was its convenient location. ”

“电梯等太久”

“Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally……

“Overrated, too many people in lobby. Room had half a roll of toilet paper, bil toiletries, didn't look clean.”

“以背包客的心態來說，真的非常方便。鄰近的環境非常熱鬧，離吉隆坡塔、雙子星大樓都不遠，走路15-20分鐘就可以到了。亞羅街美食更是5分鐘路程就可以到。晚上的夜店很近很熱鬧，第一次到吉隆坡，對於這個地點非常滿意。”

“地點十分方便，離阿羅夜市不到10分鐘路程，而且交通方便，酒店附近很多便利店！酒店大門的保安很好又友善還會協助客人，在此給他們一個讚！”

“吹風機不是每個房間都有，但可以跟櫃台借用”

“Had a quality time with family. Swimming Pool and shopping mall were very nearby. My kids, they loved the environment and surroundings. Staffs were helpful, provided everything we needed and wanted. Thanks a lot for that. Full marks for that 💯 Recommended. ”

“還不錯 但印度人有點吵”

“We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not……

“Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am. The lift card not function well & crowd of people always wait 2-3 times.”
