「The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said...

「A little bit pricey but it’s convenient. Could walk to Ala Moana shopping Center within few minutes. Nice staffs.」

「We did not park at the 3rd night, but the staff insist on charging of the day. We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved」

「Room is small and dirty. The table alarm clock make biping noise all night long. That is why only stay one night, check out earlier!」

「This is the worst we've ever had. Sleep and wake up in the middle of the night. Because the hotel alarm went off. We have to walk out at 1:00 p.m. We need kids. This is very bad. We will not book in this hotel next time and will not trust this platform again」

「飯店老舊、房間整體整潔尚可、惟房間（地毯）有一些異味。 浴室洗手台馬桶整潔尚可，但蓮蓬頭非常可怕、發霉非常嚴重覺得非常噁心、破壞了整個入住心情、覺得非常不舒服、退房反應給櫃檯、僅得到禮貌回應會告知清潔人員。如果我在入住第一時間發現、我會立刻要求換房或是直接取消入住。 房間走廊呈現彩色燈光。」

「我们在这里住了7个晚上， 在同价位的酒店，HolidayInn Express 显然是性价比超高的！ 首先： 房间， 我们住在41楼，海景房和城景房都有很不错View。床和枕头都很舒服，卫生间明亮整洁，服务员会每天来打扫房间，更换毛巾！非常好！ 早餐：早餐品种和同等价位的酒店相比算是很丰富的啦！如果水果蔬菜可以再多一点就更好啦！ 位置和周边环境：这一点可以给5星！酒店对面就是一个漂亮的大公园，穿过公园就是漂亮Waikiki沙滩！沿街步行可到热闹的商业街，美食、shopping 应有尽有！ 服务人员：前台的Mark， 餐厅的服务员，平时楼层的工作人员都很nice，特别是圣诞节期间，住客很多，他们的工作压力很大，但他们个个都面带微笑，很友好！ 总之，我会推荐给我的朋友！ 感谢Holiday Inn Express给了我们一个愉快的假期！」

「We arrived at 8pm from Texas hungry and aggravated from the airport and first motel. The front desk clerk was kind and let me know there was food for another hour in the room and downstairs and we got parked and were relaxing with full belly’s by 9 am. Really great place, room, and food. Outstanding front clerks!!」

「It is at a very convenient location, with Red Lobster across the street and a ABC store at the corner. The bus stop is within 5 minutes' walk. The Ala Moana shopping center and beach is also within walking distance. This is a very convenient location. 」

「Really good hotel. Stayed in Koa room which was spacious with well equipped kitchen. Small pool on roof, but just a few minutes walk from a great beach. And really well located for shopping and restaurants in Waikiki. Valet parking very efficient, including when leaving for an early flight. I’m sure there are more luxurious places, but this was very good and excellent value. I’d stay again.」
