“Our flight got cancelled from Long Beach to Houston. The Queen Mary was the perfect place to spend the night! It was fun and we were very entertained! ”

“Had great customer service during our stay before a cruise. Miguel at the front desk was super helpful and professional. Made us feel very welcome and cared for. Room service quality was good. Hotel is ready for a renovation as it was starting to look dated and well worn. San Pedro is a mixed bag. Not the safest place to walk around. But there are some good places to eat around Downtown in walking distance. There is a great coffee shop right across the street. Shuttle to the cruise……

“This was a nice hotel with modern appointments. The place was very clean and comfortable. Lighting was good and outlets were convenient. You can walk directly down the street to the convention center with minimal elevation change. The only downside of the property is the light-rail and busses that run right past the hotel on two sides. The train has a loud clanging bell and PA announcements. These seem to be silent from around midnight till about 5 am. Keep in mind that this is property is……

“on the description of the property says "free parking" but it should say "street parking" we had to often move the car and find a proper place to park, even got a street cleaning ticket :( it should be stated it in the description, there was also a little humid/moldy smell, couches could be a bit better too, otherwise the place served its purposes”
