「訂的是2張標準大床的房間，但實際比一般正常的2人床小。飯店距離Fashion Outlet of Chicago很近逛街非常方便。」

「We were there for a Lorcona tournament this past weekend. There were LOTS of people staying there. The room was very clean. I wish there were microwaves in the rooms and the beds were bigger than doubles but overall I would stay again. A tub in the room was a bonus.」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「My Fiancé and I only stayed for the weekend. Staff was rude and needs to get it together, other than that and me not caring like a Karen, beautiful stay! Room was clean, but conditioner wasn’t filled & you could tell by the dust it wasn’t freshly cleaned (soap dish & lamps) tub was just stained no biggie. Pool and spa close early and are in a different building just for the ones wondering (had to search for a min) & be prepared to yawn at the mildly snobby people loll! Other than that k1 racing...

「We needed a place to stay for one night and found this hotel on Hotels.com, where it seemed like a bargain for a 4-star rating. The hotel and room were clean, but they are beginning to show their age. While this isn't a major issue, the hotel should probably be rated as a 3-star instead. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant, and our dinner waitress was fantastic.」
