“I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful this property is. The beach is just a few steps away and Whaler’s Village was a short 15 minute scenic walk with shopping and various dining options. Sheraton hotel offers many amenities including a complimentary shuttle service to several other resorts. We checked in late at night due to a late flight and the hotel staff offered us sandwiches, water, chips, and fruit cups as all the dining options had closed for the night. I believe this hotel goes above……

“酒店还是十分新的，第二次入住，选择双房户型，分别有独立卫生间私密性很好，阳台很大。隔壁兴建的威斯汀基本快结束了，也没有什么噪音。泳池不错，很干净。早餐性价比很高。就是在房间各处发现蚂蚁，很小的那种，不易发现。”

“The trip was amazing. The resort is a little aged. Our bath tub drain was clogged up when we got there and despite having maintenance look at it twice it was still clogged. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Be aware that there is a daily resort and parking fee but if you want to use the gym on site you also have to pay for that separately and if you want a beach chair or boogie board you can rent those as well. It was quiet and we would stay there again but there are a lot of……

“The location right on the beach is great! The property itself is a bit tired but clean. The restaruant (Longhi's) and the bar were great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. ”

“Love this resort and have stayed many times. This stay was not as excellent as previous trips in past years. Both bathroom sinks in room were clogged, room was supposed to be cleaned all 3 days but only got 1 day, got sick from fish tacos at Pailolo Bar & Grill. But would stay here again for sure. ”

“This vacation home was comfortable and clean. It is a little bit dated but we were still very happy staying there. The location is perfect as the beach is just across the street, and there's plenty of shopping & fun places to eat right off the main street. My kids loved the large balcony and comfortable feel of this condo. The emailed confirmations were great also! The only issue we had was the washing machine. It is extremely loud.”
