“The hotel is quite flexible to allow early check in due to the early plane arrival and is so sweet to prepare a surprize for my son's birthday. The staff are friendly and polite.”

“Great location. Close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station. Near Hyde Park. The staff are very friendly. The oven and 2 ceiling lights didn't work. Would like to have handheld shower instead of rain shower No plug near the table / mirror”

“The room smelled of cigarette smoke although the room was supposedly a non-smoking room and the front desk claimed the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. The solution was to open the door to the balcony. The air-conditioning was not on, presumably because it was noisy. There was no room service menu in the room and when i went down and asked the front desk for one just before 9.30pm, they omitted to say that orders were not possible since the restaurant wasn't taking orders any longer.
