“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“sewage nearly blocked . The smell flows all over the room. The aroma it used at main reception hall flows to restaurant. I am eating the aroma/smell rather than eating the food.”

“Great location for my trip. My room was perfect for what was needed. I did not have time to use any of the other facilities but would definitely use agarin.”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“The Mayfair Townhouse is a jewel. I took the smallest room and it was adorable and very comfortable and not at all cramped. Staff could not have been nicer. Easy access to the highlights of London. Loved, loved, loved it!”

“A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”
