“Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.”

“Location is good. Carpet is quite dirty and smelly. Condition of the shower cubicle is poor that water splashed out onto the floor through gaps in between partitions and doors”

“Hotel is nearly overground station, and also bus station. The room is a bit small, but still ok. Overall tidy and clean. Staff are really nice, very supportive. We found that the bath tub was not draining properly, and the staff fixed it in the next day. ”

“Food was excellent , reasonably priced and delectable. I have Celiac disease and asked the staff about dinner options. The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. ”

“Large room, sufficient vacancies to use the toilets and the bathing room”

“Though it was quite a small room, it was fine for what I needed. Close to plenty of do walking out the door! However, the glass table surfaces were dirty with dried liquid, bathroom fixtures were rusted/caked with hard water build up and the non-room area was pretty rough smelling of smoke from someone smoking cigarettes right in the front door next to the "No Smoking" sign ”

“1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃”

“Cozy environment & yummy breakfast”

“The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.”

“Very friendly staff. Rooms currently being refurbished so a bit chaotic when i arrived. Hospitality more than made up for any inconvenience ”

“Great location, quiet area. Wonderful welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean throughout, lovely breakfast cooked to order. Can't fault it. Will be staying again when I am in the area.”

“The room is basic but for that price what do you expect. Hotel location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the tube station. Good continental breakfast is served in the morning. Tea and coffee is freely available in the kitchen area whole day, just help yourself. Check-in time is 2pm to 4pm, a bit short and early but I understand one could request later check-in”

“2-minute walk from the Aldgate East Underground Station, with some cafes nearby. Equipped with washing machine with drying function, which makes a long-stay (11 days and 10 nights) more convenient. Likely to stay in the same hotel when I come back to London next time.”
