We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at Primrose Guesthouse, with such a welcoming host and all the amenities needed for exploring London, since public transport is within walkable distance. The area is very quiet and safe, and we’ll definitely be back.

The room was cozy, warm, and clean during our chilly November stay, and Lehka was a lovely host! We especially loved the breakfasts, chatting with Newton and enjoying a delicious full English breakfast along with Lehka's delicous banana bread! The location is convenient and charming and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily come back again! A big thank you again to Lehka and Newton :)

Great guest house. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night to see a concert at the Roundhouse. Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was great as well.

Lehka who owns the property is a gem! Everything you need is taken care of! I stayed in a king room which literally had everything you need when staying in a hotel, plus charm! Breakfast is made fresh for you and is perfect! A tesco and Starbucks are five minutes walk away plus other shops and places to eat. I definitely recommend Primrose and I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels!

Everything was great!

The room was clean, with a comfy bed and a great walk-in shower. Lekha was very accommodating and responsive with her communication. Newton cooked a lovely breakfast and was a great conversationalist, a delight to have a chat with over breakfast. The location was superb, with only a quick walk to the underground and a short journey into the heart of London. Thank you for a great stay.

A wonderful, small guesthouse in a very quiet yet convenient area of London. Short walk to the underground station in one direction and lovely parks in the other. Lekha is a perfect host and the breakfasts are excellent. Won’t hesitate to return and recommend.

Great B&B. Clean and comfortable, in an area of London that is quiet and just outside of the buzz of the city centre... but with easy and quick access everywhere via the tube stations at walking distance nearby. I'd definitely stay again if in the area.
