Very basic but comfortable room. Bed would be a squeeze for two people but ideal for one. The staff were very helpful. There’s no lift in the property so be ready for lots of stairs as it’s a four story building. Although the room was clean, the pillows could do with being replaced as they were stained.

The location was great! Right outside Shepard's Bush station, and shopping center. For somewhere that central, I think the price was amazing. The room was really clean, and staff very polite and helpful.
