Staff were friendly and always helpful. Best thing was the closeness to the tube, bus line and trains. The convenience store right below the hotel was very handy too. Many food options all around from fast food to fine dining. The room was a bit small, but manageable.

Excellent location, thirty second walk to station and very close to Westfield London and other shops/restaurants. The view was lovely and the walls were fairly soundproof which was great. The room was just a little cramped and extra amenities like shampoo/conditioner would have been great! But overall did the job well.

Lovely property on the west side of London. Very convenient to the underground (when it’s not on strike). The staff were very helpful with luggage, suggestions and making cab arrangements. My single room on the front side of the hotel was a little noisy, but nothing that earplugs couldn’t handle. There was a very strong young man on site to handle the ridiculously heavy luggage that I brought. Fairly priced and convenient.
