“The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. “I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. Good service!
