Very comfortable and certainly a five star hotel superbly situated close to Tokyo station so easy to navigate around Tokyo and connections to other parts of Japan. Rooms are large and well equipped, magnificent views across the Palace park area and city. Superb staff and magnificent breakfast.

Elegant hotel, great location

Everything about this place is top notch--the facility, the location and especially the staff. We were treated like royalty here. Earlier in our trip, we had stayed in Shinjuku because we wanted to see the sights in that area, but after visiting other parts of Japan, we returned to Tokyo and decided to check out this area near the Imperial Palace, Ginza and Tokyo station. We definitely enjoyed this part of the city more. If we ever return to Tokyo, the Palace Hotel will be our top choice.

Nice stay after family event

It’s a one night stay with breakfast included. The service was excellent and the breakfast quality was great as well. Kids were also happy with the food variation at the breakfast. Recommend to others!
