“close perfect”

“Our stays in Mena House was peaceful and fantastic. The room is clean, viewing the Giza Pyramids, cool pool, quality services, etc. The room decoration is not great but so far it is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice facing the Giza Pyramids; the breakfast with various choice of food was great too. If I would need to give a recommendation to the hotel, some staff are not very helpful and just giving standard quality of services and the food quality in the restaurants for lunch and dinner is……

“本来是加床的但是一直电话很久，只是收钱不给床和被子等，服务非常失望，早餐服务员服务很差慢慢悠悠的，更让人非常失望的shuttle送机场本来5分钟路，结果司机只送到terminal2，我们是国际航班要到terminal3，结果要消费10美元，没有给直接把我们摔了.”
