“This property is quiet, private, well appointed, and surrounded by wonderful farm stands with spectacular produce. We had seen the pictures, but the pictures do not do it justice. Waves, pelicans, bunnies, and beautiful flowers make it hard to come inside, but then inside is comfortable and beautifully equipped. We loved our stay.”

“Spacious property with beautiful views of the beach. Security entrance staff was warm and welcoming. The unit has all the amenities and comforts of home- pots, pans, dishes, cooking oil, dryer/washer and was pleasantly surprised they had a high chair for our 3 yr old. Comfy beds. The beach access is as awesome. Unfortunately the waves are pretty strong and I wouldn’t recommend a swim or having children to near the shore. Constructive feedback for owners/cleaning staff would be to please ensure……

“The property was perfect for getting our beach "fix" with good friends. Although it was a little cool, it was still a great place to be together. The setting was perfect, the townhouse was just as it was shown on the website. It was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we found was the bath tubs were very slick for showering, the spices were old or lacking completely, so just bring your own if you plan on cooking. All in all, a great place to stay!”

“Everything was great with this house had plenty of Kitchen ware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we were taking in the sites from Santa Cruz down to Big Sur this place was right in the middle. even though the weather was not the best we were still able to do everything we wanted including walking on the beach in the mornings. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back.……

“Very comfortable accommodation with gorgeous view. The practically empty beach is right there for a beautiful walk. We saw whales. We also enjoyed the community basketball court and hot tub. Perfect for our long weekend.”
