“We stayed at this property for an extended weekend and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.”

“The cabin is quaint and designed like a tiny house. There was a queen bed in the loft. The stairs to the loft were actual stairs. It was easy to climb up. The ceiling was high in the miiddle so we could stand. The bathroom had a good shower without walls. So plenty of room. I think it would be beautiful in the fall. Cicadas were singing and flying around. We had a good time. We would recommend it to others.”

“This is is the cutest most comfortable and luxurious "tiny house" ive ever seen! The hosts communicated quickly and effectively. The accommodations were better than we expected. Everything was just right. My ONLY regret is that i didnt research times local businesses were open prior to our stop. Travel took longer than expected (we are in the process of moving and had a trailer along so we were too long for the ferry and had to go around). Be smarter than we were and plan accordingly 😉”

“Minutes from Garden of the Gods and River to River Trail. Temps too hot so we tried to be on trail by 7:30. On dead end road but noisy compared where we live (not bad). Great wildflowers and birds. Loved having a full kitchen. My husband in hot every day.”

“A true log cabin with air conditioning and a kitchen. The only issue I had was the lack of a sink in the bathroom. Because the original cabin was very old, it had dropped in one corner so the floor was sloped which was a little disorienting. Despite being pet friendly, It was pretty clean and the location in Shawnee National Forest was ideal for hiking.”

“It's a shame we were only staying one night, the place was very well prepared and clean. Check-in and check-out were super simple as well. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.”

“Me and my buddy stayed at this property for our annual Shawnee hike trip. The house was as described and only a short 1 minute drive from the Garden of the Gods outpost and only two miles from the Garden of the Gods entrance. We will definitely stay here again!”

“We wish we could've stayed a little longer. Charming, close to the museum, and quiet. The pillows in the bunk bed room are incredibly comfortable, and the bunk beds are huge! Host even left farm fresh eggs for us. Delightful.”

“Came to unplug and it was wonderful. Hiked nearby and being able to return to the cabin and cook dinner each night was a pleasure. Being dog friendly brought us to stay here and we enjoyed having her with us.”

“This was supposed to be 1 night stay. When we were booking this property the title of the listing was "Unity House South," the description did not mention "unit," and it popped up when we filtered our search by "house." I had to call a day before to confirm check in instructions as we have not received them 24 hours in advance as expected. A lovely lady figured it out for us and we got the check in info. She also said she was the one that cleans the property. When we arrived we expexted to stay……

“I would definately stay there again. Honestly, I didnt want to leave. After hiking the trails in the Garden of the Gods the hot tub was a welcome site. Home sweet home.”

“Great overall stay, very comfy and relaxing. The property should offer the use of a grill and they need to remove the hot tub from their listing as there is no hot tub. It would also be nice to see a bit of history of the house, if they can find some. Great view of the Ohio River!”
