“I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. ”

“I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next……

“We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is good , spacious but the kitchen was lacking utensils (set of fork, knives, plates, etc.) and we couldn’t toast our bread slices. It should have, at the very least, basic salt, pepper, sugar and coffee granules. There should also be a dish rack and dish……

“I arrived at the property and on the second day one of the employees entered my unit and stoled a brand new cell phone that l had bought for my fiance for a gift out of the closet where l put it. The management was continuasly denying that it was stolen and tried to cover up the theft. I put in a police report and demanded to view the CCTV footage but up till now l have not yet seen the recordings. I will continue to press to see the CCTV footage until l get an answer. “This place sits next to a golf course and has a great view of the course and mountians during the day the city at night. Quiet and comfy...”

“All good. The issues with water and smart tv were quickly assisted by Virgies assist. The location is walking distance from all amenities. Security staff very pleasant and l cooperative. The convenience store on ground floor was helpful but groceries are 3 blocks away. I will back. Please be available:)”

“Didn't enjoy the stay, owner tried to blame my developmentally challenged child for opening a new account on his Netflix, when my son cant even read,, even though we had no Netflix for 4 days because they reset the modem in the room so the password in the tv would not work. No help from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, because the data service their do not work on weekends. beds are small, maybe king singles, bedrooms are very small to, wouldn't fit a queen size bed in their.”
