「We needed a place for several days in St. Louis, we were there for our daughter's graduation from Wash U. This apartment was great for our needs, safe neighborhood, parking spot was VERY helpful, and our host was very responsive to our questions. If you are a light sleeper, the early morning church bells are a bit challenging but the location is otherwise great, right in the center of "The Hill" with many Italian shops and restaurants in walking distance.」

「The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「OMG. This place is so comfortable. Tons of linens and cute decor. Easy access to everything. Great restaurants nearby. Super quiet neighborhood. The only thing we could find as a suggestion was to add a chair to the living room area. There’s just the couch…so when our graduate came over, had to pull over a dining room chair. No big deal…but comfy chair would be a nice addition. Would stay here again.」

The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!」

The apartment, which is in a restored warehouse, is huge—with high ceilings, enormous windows, and lots of character (exposed brick, massive concrete columns, industrial-style windows, and vintage wood floors. Everything was faithful to the listing and thoughtfully fitted out. The apartment was very quiet, and the bed was excellent.
