“I think this is my fourth or fifth stay at The White Inn. My first stay was April 2018, and my last was just before the pandemic in September 2019. I've been travelling to Cambodia since 2022 but decided to switch back to Laos for a change. “Beautiful grounds and nice pools I was in old part of the property so rooms were dated but there were nicer looking rooms but did not see inside.”

“Love the roof top bar & restaurant - great chilled place to spend a romantic evening, and the Thai food is good. Hotel new and accommodation is clean and spacious. The koi carp pond is an attractive feature of the hotel, pleasant place to sit outside and enjoy a coffee from the hotel coffee shop. Samlors available on the road at the front of the hotel - didn't take the walk into town I'd guess it takes about 15 minutes at a brisk walk. 7/11 about 10 mins walk away. ”

“This property is a mixed bag. Started off well when manager bought a hit water kettle for morning coffee when I asked about one in my room. But problems built over two weeks. Key cards failed 3 times. Air Con failed in last night. BTW I lost one of the key cards through a hole in my pocket, and was charged a ludicrous 400 baht for it. On two nights, neighbors packed in an adjacent room had loud drunken parties late into the evening. Eventually management did quiet them down, but, having already……

“Habe die Buchung ausgedruckt, war oder bin noch in diesem Gebiet, habe nicht darauf geachtet, es passiert mir zum ersten mal, dass weder Adresse, noch eine Telefonnummer auf der Buchung zu finden war. Es konnte mir auch kein Thailänder in Amphor Phen sagen wo dieses Resort zu finden ist, somit musste meine Frau und ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen! Aber vielleicht bekomme ich ja das Geld zurück? Somit kann ich nur sagen eine schreckliche Erfahrung, über Sauberkeit oder sonstiges kann ich also……

“Eigentlich eine angenehme Ambiente, jedoch hätten englisch sprechende Gäste keine Thai Begleitung, oder der thailändischen Sprache mächtig, befinden sich Ihre Gäste auf verlorem Posten! Niemand, nicht einmal die basic in der engl. Sprache vorhanden. Billardtisch, steht zur Verfügung, doch das Personal sah sich nicht im Stande nach Queues and Kugeln zu suchen! Fazit, in meinem Bekanntenkreis kann ich diese Unterkunft nur von abraten. Sicherlich wird Ihnen nicht entgangen sein, das ich bereits……

“I have stayed here many times now and am always happy, safe, and comfortable here. Breakfast is good and the lady working there in the morning is very accommodating to requests. Front desk personnel are also outstanding. Location very good and one street away from activity so much quieter than other nearby hotels. It's not a 5-star hotel so have reasonable expectations. Very good value for the money. Highly recommend.”
