“This apartment is very well located, and it is very well equipped. I visited Chicago with a friend; we had a great stay. Thank you!”

“The problems began with several computer warnings that our reservation would be cancelled for failure to complete checkin which had already been done. That was followed by maintenance problems including the closet rack which came apart and fell, the silverware drawer which wasn't locked in properly and almost fell out of its slot, the washing machine which shook so badly it moved around in the closet, the chipped and loosening floor tiles and the loose toilet seat. The couch blocked the air……

“Great loft for 2. The only thing I would warn you about is there is a fire station across the street. Other than that it had everything we needed!”

“I absolutely adore this property. It’s in a great location, convenient to everything & on top of it, right next to a stop on the Blue Line, so super easy to get to & from ORD. The units have every possible amenity you could possibly need, along with super fast WiFi! If your travel plans include Chicago, do yourself a huge favor & book here!!!”

“Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment the smell of natural gas was so strong that we didn’t not feel safe to stay here. The owner had no other rooms and only accommodated me with $50 to get dinner while the room aired out. I contacted the property manager several times as this was not sufficient to compensate for the extreme inconvenience and unsafe conditions, but they never returned any of my messages after this point. Very poor customer service from the owner, no one deserves to……

“Clean and quiet”

“The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. It was a smart door lock, which would have been fine, except I wasn't sure if it was locked or not. I reached out to customer service to see how I can verify, and had a fairly hard time getting information. Unfortunately, I kept getting info that wasn't applicable to my unit. Many hours later, I was notified that the property manager can see that……

“Convenient clean place to stay in Chicago at a reasonable rate for a get spot a business stay!”

“Safe area less than a minute walk to blue line subway. 2 stops to downtown Riverwalk area. Espresso shop, CVS pharmacy, liquor store all 1 to 2 minute walk. Nicely appointed with everything from coffee to snacks.”

“I just wish that the valet parking wasn’t $75 a night! What a nightmare! Asides from that, it’s super clean and super easy to check in, and there’s an infinity pool!”

“It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise. Everything in the apartment……
