don't look for personal touches here

i was looking for a place to get some work done while my Chicago condo was on the market. it turned out Starbucks was better and a lot cheaper. TV didn't work at check in, took two tries to get the report through the bureaucracy...no front desk, though apparently there is a supplies closet if one shouts loudly enough. I checked out early and got a small refund (less than one night's rental fee).
