“The condo is great. Very beautiful, clean and new. Nice bonus to have a washing machine. Amazing views. The building is beautiful inside and out. The pools are outstanding. Great location. I love how you can exit out to the beach road. Night market next door. ”

“Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!”

“There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad ”

“This property is clean, quiet and well kept. Everything was new and comfortable. Be careful, you might not want to leave the accommodation because of it comforts and amenities. The property boasts a great infinity swimming pool overlooking Pattaya skyline, a gym, sauna, steam room and game room...all very well kept. The host communicated effectively and efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this location. ”

“I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day. ”

“Very nice apartment, everything worked very well including cable and internet, good value considering it was a one bedroom with one full bath plus a powder room. Large swimming pool, water seemed clean, not crowded but needed more reclining deck chairs instead of straight-back chairs, chairs were uncomfortably hard and needed cleaning. Downside was that the constant traffic noise from Pratamnak Road hill was absolutely horrendous, even by Pattaya standards. Awakened multiple times thru the……
