“"I was a bit hesitant due to some mixed reviews, but I decided to take a chance. To my surprise, Omni Tower is an impressive 35-floor building. My room, situated in the middle, was spacious and clean. The location is central, right in the heart of Nana, with supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, and massages all within walking distance. The building itself has a convenient mini-mart and massage parlor. One of the highlights is the large swimming pool on the 8th floor and a decent gym. The……

“Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!”

“The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit……
