“Very bad experience, avoid it at all costs!!! The reception, aka the boss, always keeps shouting, screaming, treats his guests very rude. The ambience was bad, many homelessness, drug addicts, smell of nasty air. The staff family always occupy the kitchen and the rest room, they are, just like the boss, loudy and rude. Avoid it at all costs!!!”

“The stay was great but use convenient lockers offered in shared rooms to avoid theft. My valuable items were not scared properly because I did not have a lock for the locker and I had jewelry stolen from me in my room. Make sure to bring a lock. 🔐 I was unaware the items were gone until after I checked out and was too far away to turn back”

“廁所跟房間都非常的乾淨！建議去的人可以帶自己的鎖，飯店沒有附。但如果沒有帶可以花5元跟櫃檯買。”

“基本上房間蠻大的，並且也蠻乾淨的。有些房間內是有自己的浴室，這點很不錯。二樓有類似小客廳的地方，可以讓深夜一樓交誼廳關閉，且室友在休息的時候，仍有一個有燈的地方可以辦公。然，隔音稍差，會聽到隔壁房的聲音，且一樓廚房油煙不知何故，會飄進房內。味道很重。 整體而言，仍是相當物超所值的推薦。 ”

“Didn’t feel like a hotel… met and shared kitchen with others staying there.”

“The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure ”

“We came to San Francisco for a wedding and the whole family wanted to stay together rather than be split up in hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The updates are very nice and it was really clean. The only negative would be the kitchen was not very well stocked if you needed to cook a meal for a large group (as far as large utensils, serving dishes and pans) Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive, he sent the door code the day of, it was……
