“We booked with Barefoot way in advance and had a lot of time to hype up the trip - and it well exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 24 college friends celebrating our 30th birthdays/college reunion and the property is awesome - tons of space with the rooms all with their own bathrooms, plus tons of outdoor covered space, the bar, loft, pool, and not to mention the whole beach right in front of you. “Our stay at this beautiful VRBO was awesome! The pictures online did not do it justice – there were 12 of us in total, and we never once felt that it was crowded. We utilized the bungalows beside the pool and also utilized the rooms within the main house. There were lots of activities that we participated in such as bocce tournaments, billiards, lots of card, games, relaxing, poolside, and morning coffees in the open air Living Room. “Our stay, although short, was very nice at Castillo Romano. Theo and Morena made sure to welcome me and my family with open arms. Morena is an amazing cook and very friendly. Don Theo is the best! He helped us with anything we needed in the house and even gave us good advise for our trip to El Salto Del Limón. The castle is well kept and has amazing views. If ever back in the Terrenas with my huge family, I’ll be sure to book again!”

“The property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, including Carmen. Carmen the housekeeper comes daily and is so accommodating and such a good cook. We had her make breakfast and sometimes lunch and loved the authentic Dominican fare. She'll run to the store for you and is super helpful and always smiling. “We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website.”

“We loved our stay at La Villa overall, the house has an amazing view, secluded enough and close enough to town plus the delivery app helps too! My only reservation on this house is there are definitely a few updates needed! The tv in the living room was completely scratched up and the wifi was spotty during our stay. “La Iglesia villa was just right for us! Walking distance to the beach is a plus! The large outdoor patio and pool is a great place to enjoy family. The only caveat is the upstairs bedroom has a shower, but no commode.”
