“Prooerty was set in a lovely Area, guest facilities are Many, some lovely places to have a lovely walk, staff where very polight, uniforms where clean neatly pressed and smart looking, reception check in was smooth and easy. There is limited Parking at busy times, the Lift has quiet Grindy Siund when it stoped at floor 1, noise seemed be under floor, but lift worked well, there was Wear and Tear to the lift walls and external Finishes, room was quiet, ary, nice bright, clean, had sml Coffee……

“ Beautiful hotel that has had a lot of work done to it recently. But I was annoyed that we had to pay £5 a day on top of our hotel bill for parking in the hotel carpark. Plus the pillows were very hard & uncomfortable, & there was only one socket available to use in the room. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I went with a friend & we had separate classic rooms & they were very comfortable & well looked after. I had a view of The Crescent. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing! Zoe was my masseur & was excellent. The hotel restaurant was faultless too. Staff were attentive & nothing was too much trouble. Toby in the bar was so customer focussed & had a good sense of humour & very efficient. The only negative was the inside of the wardrobe in my friend’s room……

“This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back.……
