We love visiting this unique hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The lido is spectacular. Our annexe room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The addition of a fridge in the room was very welcome.

We had an enjoyable stay in this very pleasant hotel. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities but we're told by other guest that they were excellent. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We booked a superior double room, which is in theaon building. It was very tatty and in need of painting and updating. Very dated with a lack of plugs near the bed, none near the dressing table to plug in the hairdryer. One usb port. Dirty window dressings. A really old, dirty and damaged devine base. Breakfast was ok at best, not much choice and the mini chocolate muffins were dry or stale. The coffee was absolutely dreadful. The hash browns were oily and also not crisp because they had sweated to death underneath a cover. Scrambled eggs were like rubber. On a plus note the staff were great and the grounds had an amazing swimming pool. It was some and done for us overall and a premier inn is better!

Had a great stay, comfy beds, balcony view overlooking the geo thermal swimming pool was great. Helpful staff and spa was great. Good location to the local attractions. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

We love this hotel. We stay several times a year. The lido is amazing. It is a beautiful swim and the lifeguards are so welcoming and friendly. The annexe rooms with balconies overlooking the pool are our favourite places to stay. Highly recommended 👌
