“Selina was a great place to stay, as within 15 minutes driving (or less) from the property you can access amazing places to swim, eat tasty and affordable lunches and see monkeys. You can also easily hike to waterfalls. The pool at Selina is really nice. We were a bit worried when we arrived that it would be too loud/a lot of partying but they have a strict quiet policy at 11pm and our room (the family room) was very spacious and quiet. The food and drinks are decent but not great - the food……

“We ended up staying here for a total of almost 2 weeks. We would stay here and then check out to go do treks in the jungle, but then always return to this hotel. The property is beautiful, kept in perfect condition. Everything is very clean, there is always hot water. They have a free baggage storage service, that's nice. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me.
