“Disappointing stay experience! The room is very large, more than 500 feet, but the room is empty, the simple white walls have no wallpaper, no decorative paintings, no curtains, black roller blinds to let in light, the furniture walls in the room are black and white and cold, not warm, and the TV is 35 inches? or 40 inches? Very small, no sofa chairs, tea tables, very little furniture. The bathroom is very large, the layout is very strange, the shower room is small, the washbasin is small,……

“Breakfast was mediocre, lukewarm, and exactly the same each day, which is a drag when you're staying multiple days. Coffee was quite dreadful. Thankfully I was the only one in the bed, as it had a person-sized divot in the middle from all the previous occupants; new mattresses or at least turning them would be a plus. Asked for a new lightbulb in my room as it was missing entirely, took them 24 hours and 2 requests to brig one. Charged an additional "service" fee on top of my Hotels.com prepaid……

“I stayed here for 8 days. Interruption of water supplies caused me to change rooms abruptly. At first I don't understand from the front desk and just hope they can resume water supplies on next day; but the front desk is a bit impolite and said: "you are not listening to me, I said... blah blah blah." I just expected Holiday Inn's brand has courtesy and helpful service but it is not. Compared with my last stay in Hotel Garden Inn by Hilton, it was much better. Luckily the breakfast is just 10……
