“I chose to stay here because they stated they had a pool and spa. The pool was closed because of a pool light was inoperative and there was no spa. The spa was covered up with brick work. ”

Despite all this I appreciate this hotel as it's the only one in Herington, Kansas”

“We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.”

“Roaches, bed bugs!! Then the front desk attendent said she couldnt do anything when i asked she gave me a phone number to call management. So left and slept in my car. Called next morning same lady answered said management wss off till monday i called ALL DAY Monday NO ONE would answer so i could try to work it out!! ”
