“Housekeeping staff is amazing Front desk was really helpful Valet was really nice. My family and I will definitely recommend and will be booking in the future ”

“1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. ”

“Our overall stay was pleasant. The only complaints we had was the trash cans in the lobby area next to the elevators were both overflowing with garbage. People were putting their trash on top of the bins as well as on the floor around them. We noticed them like this when we left the hotel to go for dinner around 5pm and when we returned after 10pm they still hadn’t been changed. We were woken up at 5:30am by a fire alarm which we can’t blame the hotel for. Just an inconvenience. Staff were……

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“房間入面的被芯是發霉的，令人非常嘔心。睡上一晚後身體很痕癢、但當時未能發現其原因，直至最後一晚才發現原來被芯是超級發霉的 (又黃又黑)，職員表示正常、沒有任何反應、本人十分不滿他們的回應態度，各位入住時要小心。”

At the entrance of the lobby, there was icy cold water and flavored water with fruits, allowing me to cool down in the hot weather. Additionally, I appreciate hotels that offer boiled eggs or eggs with butter. I think this is really great value for money."”

“The place was busy. There were baseball and basketball teams here and was a bit nosier than normal and a couple of dogs barking a little bit but other than that was really nice.”
