“This hotel was very charming, classic & historic. The staff was a delight & the room very clean. It is also in walking distance to everything -which we loved. I only gave 4 stars for property condition and area around b/c we were in the 3rd floor which was below the lobby level. Even though our room was so charming, historic & clean -we felt like we were in the basement. I clicked city view but it was an alley view & at night we could hear people -very loudly screaming & walking through the……

“Nice staff. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Valet parking is high $62 or more. Do what we did... Park in a garage a few blocks away for $10/night. Take an Uber or walk from there. ”

“The only downside is that there is a new hotel been built next door, the street was closed and it took us almost an hour to get into the hotel. Also the view of our room was directly to the ugly construction unfinished at least we should get a discount for the view and noise”

“I like the fact it gave resort vibes. The staff was friendly. Only one complaint. I was charge for two cars for 3 nights and I didn't drive. The reservationist took care of it during my check out ”

“We loved the location and the breakfast. We were surprised by the lack of towels and waste baskets. There was a false alarm at 1:00 pm that was not handled very well - communication was slow.”
