“First and foremost, the host Beth exceeded our expectations! She was so great about communicating with us and responding to my questions. Checkin was great. Liss greeted us and provided the keys as well as some tips on restaurants, groceries etc. The apartment was wonderful. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group. Having a second bathroom was a huge plus. Bedrooms on the lower floor, with a spacious well lit open concept living room, dining and kitchen space. We walked everywhere.……

“Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back.”

“Barn was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Hosts were lovely and provided amazing welcome back for us. Location was lovely and peaceful. Lots DVD books games and blankets in the barn. Had lovely fire although weather was mild so we didnt need to use. Would highly recommend”

“The Kist is one of the most beautiful accommodations, we‘ve ever been. Surrounded by fields & hills, with a lot of animals around you, it is very quiet. On the other hand the next greater town (Stirling) is not far away and from there you can travel by train very easy and fast to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Stirling is also worth visiting. The accommodation is very nice and equipped and Ilona and her husband are very helpful landlords. I hope, we will come back one day!”

“Strathendrick House was the first stop in a family trip to the Highlands. We found everything about this beautiful home and the area to be perfect and wish we had planned to stay longer. Hector and Heather were responsive and extremely helpful. We loved visiting the restaurants (delicious food options) and grocer in Drymen and found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful. The excellent rating for this property is very accurate and well deserved.”

“Appletree Cottage makes a great home base to explore Loch Lomond and Glasgow! We rented a car and made lots of day trips to explore the area. Alli and Murray were very welcoming and helpful with their instructions and recommendations. And beautiful Scotland exceeded our expectations!”

“This house was chosen for its location to my daughter’s flat just around the corner. It was an ideal base for us to support her in the week up to her wedding day at Glasgow University. The Parking permit gave us peace of mind to leave the car nearby and not worry about meters. The flat was comfortable, warm and easy to live in. Everything was there that we needed. My husband and I enjoyed the novelty of stairs as we live in a single storey cottage, so that was a fun change for us. The owner was……

“A lovely warm welcome from the host. The property was pleasantly larger in side than first impressions gave. It was beautifully decorated and very well equiped for all ages. it was cosy and felt very homely, lovely rural views from the rear and a nice seating area in the back garden. Parking outside the property was great and enabled us to vist the local area and beyond eaisly. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“Really kind cottage easy to find. Really confortable, bathrooms pleasant but one of the bathroom is really warm in winter. We enjoy tu see birds in the garden especially pheasants each morning ! Beautiful!! We enjoy to use the stove. Good communication with the owner. You need a car to visit around”
