“Great spot on the Lake! ”

“Staff were present all day and evening. They seemed to run a tight ship. All inquiries were answered thoroughly and helpfully. There was very little noise from other rooms audible in our room. The dock and swimming areas were unexpectedly nice. It's a scenic 5 mile drive to Cooperstown, where the attractions, dining and hustle and bustle are. The cost was very reasonable in mid-June. We will come again!”

“A quiet place by the lake, cosy albeit small rooms, very nice green area. You should be aware that there is no breakfast served but there are kitchens on both floors and plenty of space to have breakfast on your own. The restaurant on the property serves copious lunch and dinners as well as local wines. Couple of tourist attractions in the proximity. ”

“I love that the lake was right out our door, my kids and i rented a kayak and enjoyed every minute together. Only down side is they dont offer breakfast and there is not many food places near by.. we had to drive about 15 minutes to McDonald's daily cause thats one of the only fast food places, everything else is a litlle pricey! As far as our room, i loved it!”

“We liked everything! Setting is gorgeous. Very good one choice breakfast. Basic but delicious. Deck is wonderful. 180 degree view of the lake. Expect to climb stairs to most rooms. Our room had a separate area for our grandson to sleep. Perfect . Definitely recommend.”

“I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Austin, was wonderful. He had tables all set up and breakfast ready in a relaxed setting. So many little touches...large windows with birds coming and going, plants on the tables and unique lamps, big back yard, and beautiful flowers. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very easy to meet and converse with other guests at breakfast.”

“Mike was there to greet us at check in. Gave us a bottle water and a tour of the beautiful home. Bathroom was immaculate. Towels and bathrobes were plush. Bed was comfortable. The portable fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful! And the drive to Cooperstown was lovely. ”

“I have had an excellent suite of rooms. The living room is very large. The bedroom is larger than my own bedroom at home. The bathroom is as big as the bedroom. It is exceptionally quiet as well. ”
