“我們在這邊住6個晚上，因為飯店只能每3天清潔整理房間，對於有帶小孩，垃圾量較多的家庭比較不那麼好，後來有去前台要求能多清潔一天，前台反應需要加錢。 除此之外，地點很久。房間很大，景色很好。”

“住宿環境棒，我們是8人同遊，住的是55樓的4房公寓，前後看景，有海景有街景很棒，但是可能太多人訂了所以有些門把有鬆動，但是當我下樓通知櫃檯時5分鐘後馬上有人上來維修，服務很好，還有，微波爐沒有中文說明，不懂得如何使用”

“Location and price is good - but the room facilities is a bit older than expectation. And I am not really happy about their customer service. They said they will replace toilet paper everyday but they are not indeed. Besides no customer services after 5pm which is not too convenient for us.”

“Great hotel in a great location - they gave us a room on the 14th level and the view was stunning. Plenty of places to choose for eating out and short walk to Coolangatta beach which was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice place even have a live band and buffet for dinner and breakfast to choice from. In the room you have free WiFi and free movie to watch from. Kids love this place.”
