“Very comfortable accommodations, excellent communication with hosts.”

“This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front……

“Great location right off i-70 near many major CO ski resorts. Condo is fully renovated and immaculate. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“My mom and I did a ski weekend together, and stayed at this condo! It was absolutely perfect! The condo was at on Peak 7, and we could see the ski lift from the living room. The place was so clean and huge! We are talking about coming back and staying there again as it was great!”

“Enjoyable stay however, I felt a little misled as to a sleeper sofa description online when it was just a sofa and didn’t quite fit my 6’2” frame. Otherwise really nice.”

My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). I would definitely consider staying at this property again. Thank you!”

“Our stay at Gateway was great! The space itself was clean and sufficient for two people. The complex has convenient retail options that include a small grocery/liquor store and a great coffee shop/bar (Steep). The only potential downside we experienced is the parking availability. We returned Friday evening and there were no open spots in the garage or surface level parking. We were told we would have to look for another lot somewhere else, which would have meant either paying or walking a……

“Convenient to Evergreen and Conifer. Can't beat the views. Very clean, private access and good internet(yeah!). It is small, so not the best for cooking in and our wish would be a new grill. Terrific host and extremely quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This is a great studio. The owner has it set up great with everything you could need. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Spacious for a studio. Nice deck to relax facing the trees. We enjoyed the new hot tubs and the fact that we could bring our pup was a great plus. Location is good with walking trail everywhere. I would have given this property a 5 star if the check in process was better. There was no lock box for the condo when we checked in. We had to wait three hours with multiple phone……

“This was a great place to stay for a spring ski trip to A Basin. The bus that goes up to A Basin stops right next to this property, so it was very easy to get up to the mountain. The studio condo was very nice--well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean. The check out instructions were a little confusing--not communicated when I checked in, and I could not figure out where the garbage was supposed to go. “Perfect place for a weekend ski trip. Place is fully stocked and has everything you need. We cooked our own meals each day with everything we needed, and more, available to us. We would stay here again.”

“We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
