“Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. ”

“我们一家住了七天。先说好的，房间比较大，电炉、冰箱（不是mini那种）、微波炉、烤箱、洗碗机全套炊具（炒锅、炖锅、汤锅、大保险盒、大玻璃盆等等等等）和餐具（大小勺子大小叉子大小餐叉大小餐刀水杯酒杯饮料杯等等等等），更妙的是还带洗衣机和干衣机，另外还奉送新洗洁精洗衣粉。如果想做饭开车5分钟可到food land随便报个美国电话就可以打折 ,10分钟可到Safeway ，填张表就可以办会员卡打折。缺点是，度假村虽所在的拉海纳很破旧，有点乱，去Hana 或者火山都特别远。还有就是，咱们国人可能会忌讳，度假村旁边有个教堂，教堂有个墓园。”

“Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort ”

“The property had a great location. It isn’t right on the beach but it’s only a short walk to it. Same for downtown Waikiki. The on-site parking that was included was a great addition. The place had everything we needed. The on-site minimart was packed with all the little things you may have forgotten, including staples like bread, milk, and other groceries. “The room is right next to the elevator shaft, so if you’re a light sleeper this will keep you up all night. The room has no extra toiletries and because it’s a privately owned condo inside of the main hotel the hotel housekeeping will not service the room in anyway, which also means there is no daily cleaning. “Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. “The owner was very responsive and kind Best view being ocean front very comfortable lani to enjoy eating and reading along with whales watching We cook a lot when we travel I was able to do most of my meals with ease. “The property was just fantastic! We enjoyed the comfortable bed, kitchen and view! The condo was situated perfectly to have morning coffee on the balcony and gaze at the ocean. Saw several whales which was a bonus! The condos are located right by the beach. The pool was so beautiful along with the surrounding area. The mia tias are a must if hanging out in the pool. Thomas is a wonderful host and answered all of our questions and made the stay so effortless. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”

“The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen……

“Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!”

“Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!”

“Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street.
