“In the morning of our departure, we did not have time for breakfast in the dining room so we ordered an early packed box by 5:00 am in the morning. As the meal was not received on time I rang reception and was told that I had to pick up the meal myself. Secondly, I had ordered 2 club sandwiches and 2 diet cokes to be delivered o our room and for $66,00 we got 2 drinks in a glass and 2 sandwiches with filings of poor quality. I could have done much (extremely) better had I ordered the same……

“The Paxton Cottages are beautiful olde world accommodation and they are truly lovely with every amenity you could want. Beds linen comfort A1. We are a group of 3 aged from 86 down to 77. We arrived in Burra around 10am and had a drive around town. We then popped into the cottages to see, on the off chance we could get an early check in as some accommodation is apt to do but NO. An abrupt NO telling me book in time was 2 pm. The lady was abrupt and quite off putting. As an elderly woman I felt……
