“The hotel should get some kind of phone app for check in. The kiosk is ok, but a 10 dollar penalty for early check in is ridiculous. Even if its one minute.the hotel is hard to navigate once insde. ”

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“We were to stay two night but ended up only staying one. There were dogs in the room above us and next to us. Any time we went to the bathroom or talked to loud they would bark even in the middle of the night. The walls were very thin.There was something in the room that really affected our sinuses. Everyone that worked there was very nice.”

“Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to……

“Highland Haven is a wonderfully unique little piece of heaven on earth. It feels private and special though just a short walk into old Evergreen. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Kit! I want to live in the Daily cabin!”
