Houston Spa Hotel

"Lystra was the best host. She was very kind and throughcin regards to explaining how to operate each functional fixture in the home. My friends and i were in town for the game against the Colts (Go Colts). The property more than exceeded our expectations. The location is within 20-30 minutes to Houston's main attractions. The lovely pool and spa topped ot all off for me. I didn't want to leave! I'll stay here each time that im in Houston if possible."

"The restaurants nearby and at the hotel close too early and the elevators didn't work on one side. "

"I really like the location of this hotel. Walking distance to a major park and museums. It is apparently very dog friendly because I saw a lot of dogs during my stay. The only reason I did not give the property 5 starts is because I found the decor to be sort of weird. It’s dark and I’m not sure the vibe they are going for. Maybe Alice in Wonderland meets old Hollywood meets weird art on the walls. But to each their own. "

"The young lady at check-in/out was very professional, helpful, and informative! She should get a pay raise! I’m grateful she was there to help me with my stay and to answer my questions and make suggestions! Kids were loud in the hallways. My room felt humid. The hallways were smelly. "
