“This is a true gem, the place is beautiful and peaceful. The chairs and hammocks right in front of the water under the shade were perfect to catch a breeze during the hot summer weekend. Mary Lynn is so nice and definetly gives the place it's personality. She was super helpful receiving and setting up the flowers we sent prior to our arrival so that my mom would have a nice bday surprise. We will definitely be back!”

“Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. “I had some complications with the booking process due to a mistake on my end, spelled my email wrong, and the property owner as well as the booking agent were very helpful helping me iron out the situation. “The condo was in a nice spot, and the property is well maintained and cleaned when we arrived. There were some odd features to the design of the house that did become a tad annoying over the course of the stay. The dish washer is right in front of the refrigerator, so emptying and loading is very difficult because the refrigerator prevents you from being able to open the dishwasher fully. When we checked in I asked if the price Expedia quoted included all fees and I was told that it did. They added $30.00/ night miscellaneous for anything we might charge to the room but that the full $60.00 would be refunded if we didn’t charge anything to the room.
