Coco sands studios was so close to the beach and very cool how it was decorated. Had beach items you could use and kitchen utensils ready to use. Wasn't much food options within walking distance but still a nice spot for my short stay.

This place is clean, reasonably priced compared to the surrounding areas and it is perfect for couples or families that are just looking to unwind and enjoy a few lowkey days by the beach and close enough to Cocoa Beach to enjoy best of both worlds. Highly recommend!

A quick couple of days in this cozy, fully stocked studio was all we needed to unwind after a few chaotic days at the major Orlando theme parks. Awesome kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you need, full sized fridge, and very comfy bed. Shower felt great, and host provided both bath and beach towels. The best? On property is a shed with EVERYTHING you need for a day on the beach! Umbrellas, chairs, coolers, sand toys, and a cart to truck it all the block to the beach. We loved this place and all of Cocoa Beach and will definitely be back in the future.

Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that image. Don't blame the host, but they should address it with the vendor. Nice place and would stay again!
