“Staff were so accommodating, no task was a chore and everybody was so happy to help. We booked ARK at an amazing price very last minute due to needing to stay in london in an emergency and we ended up staying for 3 extra nights. The facilities were superb and would probably live there if we could. Will definitely be back!!”

“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

“Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful ! But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! In addition, the hotel's front desk female staff even less commendable, because she was very helpful, because I do not make a long distance phone call to the driver, I hope she can help, she finally did not help me, I'm your customer, why not help me?”

“Other guests noisy & talking very loud.Restaurant had a service charge on the bill,we asked about it & they said they automatically charge everyone,found out later it was an added tip & the food & the service was not that deserving. Actual hotel was lovely,nice room & comfortable bed.”
